Student Problem Resolution Policy
If the student has a complaint about Caltech’s compliance with academic program quality and accrediting standards that they believe warrants further attention after exhausting the steps outlined in the student resolution process in the catalog, they may contact the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) at http://www.wascsenior.org/comments. WASC is the academic accrediting body for Caltech. An individual may contact the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education for review of a complaint. Prospective students may contact WASC or the BPPE with complaints as well.
